Payment terms:

To confirm your tour booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tour payment is required. This can be paid via wire transfer, electronic transfer. You may choose to pay the 50% deposit initially and settle the remaining balance 3 months prior to your arrival in Bhutan. You also have the option to pay the full 100% of the tour cost upfront, which may be more convenient and help avoid multiple bank transfer fees. We kindly encourage full payment at the time of booking for a smoother process.

Cancellation Policy:

• Tour program booked and subsequently cancelled are subject to the following cancellation charges.

• 10 % of the tour payment will apply if cancellation is made before 45 days of start of the tour program.
• 30 % of the tour payment will apply if cancelled between 45 – 15 days before start of the tour program.
• 50 % of the tour payment will apply if cancelled between 14 – 7 days before start of the tour program.
• 100 % of the tour payment if cancelled within 7 days before start of the tour program or after arrival in Bhutan.

• If you wish to cancel your tour after making the payment, we will process your refund according to the cancellation charges outlined above. Please note that the refund may take up to 7 working days to complete.

• The cancellation policy is not applied to the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF).
• The SDF will be refunded for any cancelled or shortened trips.

Cancellation policy of the Airlines ticket is as per their policy.

• Additional fee of USD 50 is levied for every date change once the tickets have been issued.
• For every cancelled ticket, an administrative fee of USD 50 is levied.

Cancellation policy of luxury hotels is as per their policy.
