Tour Cancellation Policy

Tour programe booked and subsequently cancelled are subject to the cancellation charges as follows:

• No charges if cancelled before 45 days of start of the tour programe.
• 10 % of the tour payment if cancelled between 40 – 45 days before start of the tour program.
• 20 % of the tour payment if cancelled between 30 – 39 days before start of the tour program.
• 30 % of the tour payment if cancelled between 20 – 29 days before start of the tour program.
• 50 % of the tour payment if cancelled between 15 – 19 days before start of the tour program.
• 70 % of the tour payment if cancelled between 7 – 14 days before start of the tour program.
• 100 % of the tour payment if cancelled within 7 days before start of the tour programe Or after arrival in Bhutan.

If you want to cancel you tour after you have made the payment tous, we will process your refund with conformity to the list of charges above. The refund will take up to 7 working days.

The cancellation policy is not applied to the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF). The SDF will be refunded for any cancelled or shortened trips.

No refund will be made for missed connections or ‘no show’ at the airports.
Additional fee of US $ 50 is levied for every date change once the tickets have been issued. For every cancelled ticket, an administrative fee of US $50 is levied.

Note:

• The cancelation charges of International flight tickets In and Out of Bhutan and Domestic flight tickets issued by us on your behalf will be as per the Airlines policy of Druk Air and Bhutan Airlines.
• The cancellation charges of the Luxury 4 & 5 Star hotel will be as per their hotel policy.
